Alright so, CmD stands for Commander. This rank gets all the gear that the SeC has, and his power also, BUT The CmD is not a SeC, he's there to act like a SeC in acting for when they are offline. They also watch over divisions making sure they are doing what they have to do, and doing it right.

The CmD uses the Elite Shock Unit.
